Heart Rating

I've got 5 songs that appeared with a heart (love?) symbol after the last update to iTunes for Windows, 12.5.1.21, and IOS 10.0.2. I can't change them. Any suggestions?

I added a "love" column to my Library/Songs and Playlists Screens. I had about a dozen songs with hearts. I was able to eliminate the hearts in all but 5 of the songs by clicking on the heart associated with the song. I also tried to change it using right click/ uncheck love, and right click, get info, rating. In the last case, the heart was not checked. I tried checking it, and unchecking it. In any case nothing worked. The same 5 songs have a red heart.
